Michael Aragon Kicks Off at Ford

Ford has always welcomed leadership talent, and Aragon replaces Peter Stern, who is now leading Peloton Interactive. The Ford community is keen to see his strategy unfold.

He opened his tenure by outlining his vision for immersive cabin features: “We can spark new in-cabin experiences and services that feel seamless and contextual for our customers.” His remit includes boosting Ford BlueCruise, expanding Ford Pro tools, and refining Ford Model e services.

Aragon is also intent on growing Ford's over 800,000 paid subscriptions. CEO Mike Farley endorses his appointment, believing Aragon is the right person to drive growth in Integrated Services.

Farley emphasized Ford+'s importance: “The heart of the Ford+ plan is to match our iconic and trusted vehicles with incredible services and experiences that will improve the lives of our customers and help businesses succeed.” He said, “Mike is the right leader to build on our early success with Integrated Services and help Ford capture this immense growth opportunity.”

With a launch date of March 17, Aragon brings a wealth of Fortune 500 experience. A University of New Mexico alumnus with a Dartmouth MBA, he's elevated brands like Twitch, and Ford expects more big accomplishments ahead.
