Have you ever been driving around in your Ford from Joe Myers and suddenly had a craving for pizza? If so, you'll be happy to know that Ford models outfitted with SYNC AppLink will soon allow drivers to order a Domino's pizza straight from their car!
Made possible by smartphone integration, Ford's SYNC AppLink program will become compatible with Domino's mobile app and allow registered customers to place pizza orders via voice activation directly through the system. Customers can also use the Domino's app to store their preferred address, payment information and favorite Domino's selections to utilize the Easy Order feature every time they get a hankering for pizza.
"We're thrilled to add Domino's to the ever-expanding lineup of mobile apps Ford drivers can use hands-free," said Julius Marchwicki, global product manager for Ford SYNC AppLink. "Americans love pizza, and now they can have one ready for pickup or delivery when they are on their way home or heading to a gathering with friends."
Ford's latest venture with Domino's is expected to roll out in all SYNC AppLink-equipped models later in the year. In the meantime, you can still take advantage of the Domino's app on your smartphone for quick ordering and easy ordering.
