The soon-to-be-released 2017 Ford GT is one of the most-anticipated vehicles currently awaiting to infiltrate the market. Ford enthusiasts everywhere have been waiting for the carmaker to develop a new GT for quite some time, and as the release date gets closer, we're beginning to discover more details about the high-speed supercar. The latest and perhaps most exciting news to be delivered is that the 2017 Ford GT will output an astounding 700 horsepower! Promising high-speed thrills and endless power, the GT is destined to impress upon its arrival.

When the 2017 Ford GT begins shipping out at the end of this year, its twin-turbo EcoBoost 3.5L V6 engine will deliver a whopping 700 horsepower. This new information was announced by Ford at a recent media event and stands by previous claims that the GT would generate more than 600 horses. Further supporting the supercar's performance will be the addition of active aerodynamics, advanced traction/stability control and variable dampening, which were not featured on the previous GT model. The all-new version will also come with four driving modes: Normal, Sport, Track and Wet, which will enhance the overall driving experience in a variety of settings and improve performance.
