The 2015 Ford F-150 in Houston is one of the most highly anticipated trucks of the year due to its extensive list of all-new features, which have taken the automotive industry by storm. The introduction of the F-150's aluminum body alone has garnered the attention of enthusiasts and fellow carmakers for its incredible strength and low overall weight. However, it's not the only highlight the full-size pickup truck is boasting for 2015. A new seamless sliding rear window is also a top feature buyers are excited for, and once you get a glance at its capabilities, you will be too!

Developed in conjunction with Magna International, the 2015 Ford F-150's seamless sliding rear window works by using two pieces of glass instead of the typical three pieces of glass, and additional support structure, to help conceal the vertical seams. One piece of glass is used as the sliding portion while the other surrounds the area of the window opening. The overall result is a streamlined look that not only improves rear visibility, but helps decrease the truck's weight by getting rid of unnecessary components.
