It’s that time of year again for all you cowboys and cowgirls out there to head down to the Houston Rodeo for some unforgettable fun!
You know the saying: “Everything’s bigger in Texas?” Well, as Texans we know that there’s no bigger and better event to highlight that idea than the Houston Rodeo!
Featuring rodeo shows, like no other, the event has numerous other activities and shows like a livestock and horse exhibit, trail and carnival rides, world-class barbecue and plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Like live music? Well, once again, the Houston Rodeo has lined up some of the world’s biggest recording artists to belt out your favorite songs as well.
For you first-timers, the 20-day long event starts March 1 and ends March 20. So there’s plenty of time for you to grab your friends and family and come down to NRG Stadium in Houston and have some fabulous fun, Texas-style! And as always, you’re encouraged to dress-up in western wear the Friday before the rodeo begins in celebration of Go Texan Day!
