"Sales - 2010 Ford F-150"
Hello Mr. General Manager I want you to know I purchased a 2010 Ford-150 on Friday, and I like the red carpet treatment I received. I was greeted as I walked into the door, I was introduced to a sales associate and an associate in training. Both of them was the most courteous young men I have ever meet, Mr. Martinez was a charming young man as well. My Finance Manager,Michael and his supervisor, I was addressed by all of these people, and It made my day , at the end of the sale Mr. Kenneth Hampton walked me out to my vehicle and went over details of the vehicle again, along with his trainee, this put the icing on the cake. Out of all the dealerships I have been in Joe Myers Won the award for High Achievement ten times over in my book. People spend a lot of time complaining, but no one want to give compliments, well for what its worth you have a fine Staff of over achievers. I like this kind of treatment and I will tell all my family, friends and associates about your dealership and your staff. "Sales - 2010 F-150"
It is not often that I take the time to comment on a purchase, but with this one I felt I should.
I arrived at your dealership last Friday afternoon and asked for Nicole who I contacted via the internet about purchasing a new F-150. She met me in a timely fashion and introduced me to Kal and Ryan. After viewing several pickups I had made my decision on the one I wanted. It was now time to find out if we could agree on pricing.
Ryan then got involved and in a few minutes we had a deal. He was very professional, but at the same time was personable and friendly.
After I got home I realized I had left my glasses in my old truck which I had traded in. I called Ryan back and he asked Kal to see if he could find them. A few minutes later Kal called me back and had found them. I Thanked him and said I would come by Saturday and pick them up.
Saturday, unexpectedly, I had to admit my wife into the hospital and was not able to get there until around 7:30 that evening. As soon as I walked into the door Kal saw me and brought my glasses to me. I then explained the situation to him with my wife and while doing that Ryan walked over asking how I liked the truck. When he heard about my wife both Ryan and Kal expressed genuine compassion. It was a good feeling.
I have since been back to have the windows tinted and a sprayed in bed liner. Ryan took care of everything, even had the truck washed!

"Sales - 2010 Focus"
I don't normally rave about people doing their job but in the case of Kenneth Hampton I just couldn't consciously not report the fantastic experience I had when purchasing my Focus from him. I've purchased more than my share of new cars and have become accustom to being ignored after the deal was done. But at 9:30 PM, after the deal was done, Kenneth took the time to program my phone for me for Bluetooth and showed me the Sync features that were available. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing. I never felt pressured during the sale, rather I was very comfortable with the entire process.Tim S.,03/19/2010
