I recently purchased a mustang gt from you guys. Yours staff was very helpful in finding and exceeding my expectations.  I have been to several other dealers in town and called you guys about a week ago talked to Kenny Hampton and well he found me my car exactly what I was looking for. He was vary knowledgeable in answering my questions was probably one of the most honest upfront no push sales guys I have come across this will be my 7Th mustang and 11Th ford. Kenny also suggested I go through your finance department glad I did they saved me a point on interest. I congratulate you guys and especially Kenny I am proud to be in AMERICA and to buy and drive AMERICAN MUSCLE. Thanks to all. It has been a great experience so far.  It was excellent working with Paul. Being from Austin, we had to accomplish a lot over the telephone and Paul worked through all of this with me with patience and professionalism.  This was the first time that I purchased a vehicle by strictly searching the internet (I used Auto Trader). Joe Meyers had the most aggressive pricing of all the dealerships I had searched (0-150 miles from Austin) and the quality of your pre-owned vehicles for the price was exceptional.  I would not hesitate purchasing from you again or recommending your dealership to others.

"Sales - 2010 Ford F-150"

Hello Mr. General Manager I want you to know I purchased a 2010 Ford-150 on Friday, and I like the red carpet treatment I received. I was greeted as I walked into the door, I was introduced to a sales associate and an associate in training. Both of them was the most courteous young men I have ever meet, Mr. Martinez was a charming young man as well. My Finance Manager,Michael and his supervisor, I was addressed by all of these people, and It made my day , at the end of the sale Mr. Kenneth  Hampton walked me out to my vehicle and went over details of the vehicle again, along with his trainee, this put the icing on the cake. Out of all the dealerships I have been in Joe Myers Won the award for High Achievement ten times over in my book.  People spend a lot of time complaining, but no one want to give compliments, well for what its worth you have a fine Staff of over achievers.  I like this kind of treatment and I will tell all my family, friends and associates about your dealership and your staff. They need to get the recognition they deserve,which is of the highest standards in the state of Texas. Thank you for a Job well done to you and your staff. God sent me there, and when he speaks I really listen. God bless all of you and continue the doing a fine job.

"Sales - 2010 F-150"

It is not often that I take the time to comment on a purchase, but with this one I felt I should.

I arrived at your dealership last Friday afternoon and asked for Nicole who I contacted via the internet about purchasing a new F-150. She met me in a timely fashion and introduced me to Kal and Ryan. After viewing several pickups I had made my decision on the one I wanted. It was now time to find out if we could agree on pricing.

Ryan then got involved and in a few minutes we had a deal. He was very professional, but at the same time was personable and friendly.

After I got home I realized I had left my glasses in my old truck which I had traded in. I called Ryan back and he asked Kal to see if he could find them. A few minutes later Kal called me back and had found them. I Thanked him and said I would come by Saturday and pick them up.

Saturday, unexpectedly, I had to admit my wife into the hospital and was not able to get there until around 7:30 that evening. As soon as I walked into the door Kal saw me and brought my glasses to me. I then explained the situation to him with my wife and while doing that Ryan walked over asking how I liked the truck. When he heard about my wife both Ryan and Kal expressed genuine compassion. It was a good feeling.

I have since been back to have the windows tinted and a sprayed in bed liner. Ryan took care of everything, even had the truck washed!

I want to personally Thank both of them for a outstanding job, but equally important I felt you should know. It was a pleasure working with both of these guys.

"Sales - 2010 Focus"

I don't normally rave about people doing their job but in the case of Kenneth Hampton I just couldn't consciously not report the fantastic experience I had when purchasing my Focus from him.  I've purchased more than my share of new cars and have become accustom to being ignored after the deal was done.  But at 9:30 PM, after the deal was done, Kenneth took the time to program my phone for me for Bluetooth and showed me the Sync features that were available.  He was very knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing.  I never felt pressured during the sale, rather I was very comfortable with the entire process.

"Sales"

Good evening.......I did not know for sure who to send an e-mail on our salesman so over the week-end I sent it to Ford....week-end before last we were there on Friday with our son to buy a truck........Andres was absolutely wonderful in everything he did....first and foremost when we started our application with him he did not try to wait on us and 10 more people.....he stayed with us through it all.....we were there from the time he got there till after 9:00pm....he knew our need and how important we needed a truck for our son and Andres was jumping through hoops trying to make things work...he would tell us what he needed and we got it.....he went over to finance and stayed alot of the day trying to work a deal for us.....he was awesome.....about 8:30pm it all came together and we went to finance and that was another wonderful thing.....finance just went the whole yard with us and gave us a deal that we did not expect.....over the years we have lived here (30 to be exact) we have purchased now 8 auto or trucks from Joe Myers....we just want to "thank" everyone who was a part of this and especially Andres....if in the future we are in need we would come back to Joe Myers...thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!!!
