I feel you took the "extra mile" by testing my car yourself (service manager), allowing me a "loaner" in the process and getting Ford to help with the ultimate major repair. I tell everybody I know that Joe Myers is THE place to go to purchase a new or used vehicle. I have purchased a 2011 Mustang, and then my daughter came and also purchased her 2011 Mustang 5.0 and built it from the ground up. I bought a Ford Ranger-for my son, and recently traded in my Mustang for a 2013 Ford Focus. I also brought my future son-in-law to Joe Myers and he bought a Scion from your used car guys. I guess that's 5 different vehicles that I directly bought or brought family members to you! Kirk Wilson was my salesman for my Mustang and he was THE BEST! He also helped direct us to the used car guys, then did the deal for us on the Ranger. Now that he has moved up the chain, Vijay was my salesman for the Focus with Kirk overseeing the financials on it. I always get just what I want at Joe Myers!! Kirk will always be on my list of favorites! The "upstairs " guys are awesome too! Mr. Whitney B and Chris were both great to work with and gave me what I needed in warranties and extras!
